The King and his Queen

Design

The idea emerged to create a piece with dual display options, inspired by the seamless design of playing cards where there is no specific top or bottom. Intrigued by this concept, I searched for inspiration online and translated my vision into a design using Adobe Illustrator.

Result

This piece is made from transparent and opaque pieces of glass fused together into one piece in an oven. It can be displayed in any desired manner, although I recommend placing it where it receives direct sunlight, such as on a windowsill or another light source.

This glass artwork is number 4.

Each piece I create is unique due to the following:
- All designs are self-made.
- There is only one piece per design - there are more versions but these differ in the colors used.
- All artworks are signed and numbered using the etching technique (the lower the number, the earlier the piece) - CR. (number).

The standing feet are included.

Handling and Care

Cleaning: You can clean this piece with water and soap or with a dry cloth.
Handling: Handle this piece with care. Although it feels sturdy, it is still glass and should not be dropped or hit against any surface. This piece is handmade, and minor imperfections may be visible, which makes each piece even more unique.
