7 Faces - Sold

7 Faces is inspired by a search for faces that blend into the crowd. Combined with abstract shapes and a limited number of colors, a unique artwork has emerged that gains an extra dimension when sunlight shines through the piece.

This glass artwork is made from pieces of colored "art" glass, which are seamlessly connected through cutting, sawing, and grinding. A second layer of colorless glass is then placed over the entire piece, ensuring that everything becomes one whole when heated in a special glass kiln to approximately 800°C (1472°F).

The process from closing the kiln to reopening it takes about 24 hours. This results in a beautifully smooth artwork that is now a unified whole.

The work is signed with a stamp on the back and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

The piece is 39.5 cm | 15.1 inches wide and tall.

The glass is 6 mm | 0.23 inches thick.

The stand is included.
